- If bonus system abuse or multiple accounts are detected.
- Any attempt to interfere with or tamper with the platform's technical systems.
- Where required by regulatory authorities or legal obligations.
Whether a valid balance is refunded upon account closure depends on the outcome of the investigation. If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, 8111 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
Users may request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance will be returned through the standard process.
